This former bungalow on the beach has been home the The Mad Hatter Restaurant for nearly 30 years, boasting one of Sanibel and Captiva's finest dining experiences.
Michelle and Kurt Jarvis bought The Mad Hatter in August of 2007 after falling in love with Sanibel while on vacation. Kurt is the Chef and Michelle runs the front of the house, a combination they have perfected with two restaurants and a catering company in New York's Hudson Valley. Together, Michelle and Chef Kurt have 50 years combined experience in the Hospitality Industry.
